FAQs

Find answers to your questions about Robokind.
What is the RoboKind Full Foundations Suite?
The Full Foundations Suite combines four CASE Endorsed and evidence-based curricula—Social Skills, Phonics, Numeracy, and Speech Articulation—into one comprehensive program. It helps students build the foundational skills they need for communication, literacy, math, and speech in early learning and Special Education classrooms.
Is RoboKind CASE Endorsed?

Yes. RoboKind Social Skills is the only CASE Endorsed Social Skills curriculum. In addition, RoboKind Phonics has received CASE Endorsement for its explicit, systematic, multisensory, play-based approach aligned with the Science of Reading.

How does RoboKind support teachers in the classroom?

RoboKind is designed to save teachers time and reduce burnout with no prep, ready to use lessons. Lessons are easy to launch, systematic, and data-driven, with built-in progress monitoring. Teachers gain reliable tools that “just work” while students stay engaged through interactive lessons.

What makes RoboKind effective for early learners?

RoboKind’s Full Foundations Suite uses multisensory, play-based instruction to meet the needs of Pre-K through elementary students. By practicing social skills, literacy, numeracy, and speech together, students build confidence and are better prepared for kindergarten and beyond.

How much does RoboKind cost?

RoboKind pricing is based on the number of classrooms, students, and curricula you choose. Districts can purchase individual programs or the Full Foundations Suite, with options for multi-year licensing and grant funding support.

How is RoboKind different from other Special Education programs?

RoboKind is the only CASE Endorsed provider of both Social Skills and Phonics curricula. Our approach blends play-based strategies, I-VAKT™ (Interactive Technology, Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Tactile) techniques, and systematic instruction. This ensures learning is not only evidence-based but also highly engaging for students of all abilities.

What are Virtual Avatar Teaching Assistants?

Virtual Avatar Teaching Assistants help the teacher guide students through lessons on tablets or interactive displays, making implementation simple and scalable for schools.

How long does it take to implement RoboKind in a classroom?

Implementation is quick. Most teachers begin teaching lessons within hours of training. The Virtual Avatar Teaching Assistants make setup simple, requiring only two devices (tablet or computer) and access to RoboKind Central or the RoboKind Dashboard.

How does RoboKind compare to competitors?

Unlike competitor, RoboKind offers CASE Endorsed Social Skills and Phonics, plus Numeracy and Speech in one suite. Our programs combine systematic instruction with engaging Virtual Avatars, making learning accessible and measurable.

Does RoboKind align with IEP goals and state standards?

Yes. RoboKind lessons are aligned with national and state-specific standards and integrate directly with IEP goals. Real-time progress monitoring helps teachers document student growth with ease.

How does RoboKind measure student progress?

The RoboKind Dashboard provides real-time data tracking for each student. Teachers can monitor progress, align instruction to IEP goals, and adjust pacing with ease.

What training does RoboKind provide for teachers?

Every RoboKind partnership includes professional learning designed for busy educators. Teachers receive hands-on training, ongoing support, and access to RoboKind Central or the RoboKind Dashboard, ensuring confidence and success from day one.

Can RoboKind be used with grant funding?

Yes. Many districts purchase RoboKind using federal, state, or local funding sources, including IDEA, Title I, and Pre-K Innovative Projects Grants. RoboKind also provides grant support materials.

How do I know RoboKind is compliant with privacy standards like FERPA and HIPAA?

RoboKind’s platform is fully compliant with FERPA and HIPAA. Only district-authorized staff can access student data, and additional sub-organizations can be set up for stricter permissions if needed.

Can RoboKind be used outside of Special Education?

Yes. While RoboKind was built to address the needs of Special Education, it is also designed to benefit all early learners. Many districts use RoboKind in Pre-K and kindergarten classrooms to give every student a strong start in foundational skills.

Does RoboKind work in general education classrooms?

Yes. While designed with Special Education in mind, many districts use RoboKind in Pre-K and kindergarten general education classrooms to give all students a strong foundation.
