A new school year brings new students, new routines, and new opportunities to build meaningful connections. Whether you're returning to RoboKind or getting started for the first time, a successful implementation starts with predictable routines, engaging instruction, and clear expectations.
This guide will help you prepare your classroom, re-establish student routines, and set your learners up for success from day one.
Connect with other RoboKind teachers by asking questions and sharing stories. Start by sharing a picture of your robot/avatar learning station/area! You can also earn points by various online activities to work your way up on the Community Leaderboard.

Confirm your teacher and student devices are charged and updated.
Test your RoboKind login credentials.
If using a robot, replace the battery (if removed over the summer). Find a spot to charge your robot.
If using a robot, ensure that your robot is running version 3.7.4 and your Companion app says PROD 352 in the bottom right corner.

Launch a test lesson with your robot and/or avatar to confirm audio, camera, and lesson functionality.
