St. Clair County Board of Education Partners with RoboKind® to Launch Expanded Curriculum at Six Sites
St. Clair County Schools has partnered with RoboKind® under the leadership of Dr. Charla DeLeo, Special Education Director, through the Alabama Preschool Innovative Projects Grant. Dr. DeLeo previously collaborated with RoboKind in Brewton City Schools, and this new partnership in St. Clair brings Numeracy, Phonics, and Social Skills curricula to six sites using Virtual Avatar Teaching Assistants.
This launch reflects St. Clair County’s commitment to providing its students with strong foundational instruction. By combining literacy, numeracy, and social development, the district is ensuring learners gain the essential tools for long‑term success.
“We are delighted to begin this new partnership with St. Clair County Schools. Numeracy, phonics, and social skills are core pillars of early learning and with Virtual Avatar Teaching Assistants supporting instruction, we expect students to grow with joy and confidence,” said Shauna Hedgepeth, Partnership Success Manager at RoboKind.
